CASTAGNA: Sam Castagna, 95 of Norwich and formerly of New London, entered eternal life on Oct. 2, 2015. Born June 15,1920 to the late Carmelo and Angelina (Guardacosta) Castagna. Mr. Castagna was a graduate of the former Buckley school in New London and was the owner of “Carpet House”. A World War II veteran serving in the United States Army. Internment in St. Mary’s Cemetery New London, are private. The Impelletteri-Malia Funeral Home 84 Montauk Ave. New London, CT has been entrusted with his care.
