Ho Chung

CHUNG: Ho Chung, 85 of Waterford entered eternal life on March 17, 2022 in the company of his loving family. He was born Feb. 13, 1937 in Japan, the son of the late Pan Ku Chung and Pan Rye Han. After the end of WWII, he moved back to Korea. There he was united in marriage, to the former Ahmi Park on March 20, 1960. He moved his family, coming to the US in 1976. Mrs. Chung passed away on June 26, 1999. Mr. Chung worked for Girard BMW in the auto body dept. for many years, before retiring. Survived by his two sons: Young and wife Anna Chung, and Ha Young “John” and wife Renee Chung both of Waterford. Five siblings, Jim Woo Chung, Ohi Young Chung, Hwa Ja Lee and Mei Ah Kasenbeg. Four grandchildren, Justin Brian, Kyle Young Jin, Connor Young and Matthew Byoung. His family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 4 to 6 pm at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery will be private.
