LOZADA: Francisca Lozada, 100 of Oakdale, entered eternal life on Aug. 22, 2018, in the company of her loving son, Julio Velazquez, and family. She was born Feb. 8, 1918, in Puerto Rico the daughter of the late Gregorio Lozada and Maria Gonzalez. Mrs. Lozada worked as a seamstress in the garment union in New York. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10 am in St. Joseph Church, New London. Interment is private in New Jersey. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave. New London, has been entrusted with her care.
