MUGAVERO: Frances “Fran” Mugavero, 82, of New London, entered eternal life on Oct. 17, 2015 in the company of her loving family. She was born March 21, 1933 in New London the daughter of the late Anthony Mugavero. Fran attended local schools in New London and graduated from the former Chapman Technical High School. She also graduated from the former Mohegan Community College in Norwich. Fran was employed at Electric Boat as a material clerk for 40 years, retiring in 1995. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Parish in New London. She is survived by two siblings; Beverly and husband David Lewis of Niantic and Floyd Mugavero of CA. Her aunt, Connie Mugavero of New London. Sister in-law, Marie Mugavero of CA and several nieces and nephews. . She was predeceased by a brother, Antonio Mugavero and a sister in-law Annette Mugavero Her family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday morning (today) from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm from the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave. New London. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 pm in St. Joseph Church, New London. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery.
