New London — Danielle Marie Barberi, of New London, passed away Feb. 5, 2023, at the age of 37. Danielle was born Jan. 29, 1986, to Fredrick and Shelli Barberi. She had her first baby, her son Antonio, in January of 2014. In June of 2016 she welcomed a sweet baby girl named Adrianna into this world. Antonio and Adrianna were their mother’s entire world. ?Danielle was known for her loving, kindhearted spirit, and her incredible resilience. She loved the beach, where she, “Could be a small part of a big world,”. She was a beautiful person, and her sunshine will forever light up the sky. ?Danielle is survived by her father, Fredrick Barberi; her son Antonio Padilla; her daughter Adrianna Padilla; brothers and sisters, Robyn Barberi (Robert), Jason Barberi, Ryan Barberi, and Alison Barberi; nieces, Abigail Lawson (Walker) and Olivia Anglin; a great-niece Dixie Lawson; a grandmother Barbara Stefano; and countless other family members. Danielle was predeceased by her mother, Shelli Barberi; and grandparents, Fredrick Barberi, Anna Marie Barberi, and Albert Stefano. ?Memorial services will be held for both Danielle and Shelli Barberi from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home in New London. A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023.
