Christine Elizabeth Zeppieri, devoted mother, sister and grandmother passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2022. Born in New Britain, July 7, 1972, she is survived by her only daughter, Sydney Zeppieri; and her mother Tracy Jackson-Heffron of Kingston, R.I.. She is predeceased by her father Anthony M. Zeppieri Jr. She is survived by grandchildren, Jy’aire Riley and Jiavanna Riley; her only sister Catherine Zeppieri Isgro; and niece Hayley Richardson; and nephews, Jonathan and Anthony Isgro; and Sydney’s father Michael Myshka of Salem; and her devoted partner and sweetheart David Mazzella of New London.
She will always be remembered for her sweet, kind heart, her generosity, her unconditional love and loyalty. She spent her last days being the best mother and grandmother just as she always did. She will be truly missed and loved for eternity.
She was the strongest person as she battled diabetes since a juvenile, a kidney transplant in 2008, and heart problems towards the end. Yet she always had the biggest smile on her face and never complained about her health problems. She will be missed and cherished more than words will ever say.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, in St. Joseph Church, New London, followed by Interment in Elm Grove Cemetery, Mystic. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London has been entrusted with her care. Any gifts can be made toward a juvenile diabetes association.
