Theresa Zaharevich

May 1, 1933 - March 18, 2020

ZAHAREVICH: Theresa Zaharevich, 86 of New London entered eternal life on March 18, 2020, in her home with the comfort of her loving family. She was born May 1, 1933 in Webster, MA the daughter of the late Stanley and Bertha (Gunther) Winski, Sr. Theresa was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a devote wife, to her first husband the late James Woodhall who died in 1971, and the late John Zaharevich who died in 2019. She is survived by five children, James and Robert Woodhall both of Groton, Rickie and Ronald Woodhall, and Theresa Duross all of New London. Two step sons, John and David Zaharevich, Ten grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, James E. Woodhall, IV. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Joseph Church, New London followed by interment in St. Mary Cemetery. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London, has been entrusted with her care.
