Loretta and Family, Very sorry to learn of TK's passing. When he first joined the NLPD, he was assigned to me for some on the beat training. He had common sense and compassion, the two critical qualities required to serve the people we are sworn to protect and serve. In addition, you could count on TK when you called for backup.
