GARCÍA-AYALA: Roman García-Ayala, 69 of New London CT, entered eternal life on Nov. 13, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 29, 1953 in El Salvador, the son of the late Roman García-Elias and Isabel Ayala. Roman came to the US in 1990, settling in New London. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Reina García, along with three children: Rene García-Valencia, Mirna Jenkins, and Julio García, as well as four grandchildren. His family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 6 to 8 pm at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave. New London. On Saturday, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, at 12 pm in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 10 Huntington St., New London. Interment to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, New London.
