RAHN: Joyce P. Rahn, 86 of Waterford, entered eternal life on March 29, 2023 in the company of her loving family. She was born Nov. 29, 1936 in New London the daughter of the late Charles and Victorina (Marshall) Peltier. She attended local schools in New London and graduated from New London High School, class of 1955. Joyce worked at the former Bradlees Department Store in New London as a casher for many years. A devote Roman Catholic, and was a communicant of St. Joseph Parish in New London. She is survived by her daughter Charlene and Dan Correia of Waterford. Longtime companion Roy Crommett. Six grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Gary Peltier and a grandson Timothy Gray. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 6 to 8 pm at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. Family and friends are to gather for a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 8:30 am in St. Joseph church, 149 Montauk Ave., New London, followed by interment in St. Mary Cemetery.
