ROSE: Frances M. Rose, 88, formerly of New London entered eternal life on Aug. 19, 2017. She was born on Oct. 12, 1929 in Yonkers, NY. The daughter of the late Salvatore and Mary Pennella. She married David John Rose in the early 1950’s at St. Joseph Church, Mr. Rose died on June 3, 1990. Frances loved fashion, clothes and jewelry and loved to donate to many charities. She is survived by her four children; twins Marc and Wayne Rose of New London. Twins, Allan Rose, and wife Julia of Norwich, Dawn Kenneally of New Zealand. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Faith Rose, a granddaughter and CNA has been her caretaker for the last few years.  A graveside service will take place on Friday at 11 am in Jordan Cemetery, Boston Post Rd. Waterford. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave. New London has been entrusted with her care.
