GILLARD: Eugenia “Jean” Gillard, of Westerly, RI and formerly of Pawcatuck entered eternal life on June 15, 2023. She was born Nov. 3, 1930 in Waterford the daughter of the late Nicolus and Lumina (Doucette) Dandona. She was united in marriage to Dewey Gillard in 1947 in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church her beloved husband preleased her in 2016. Jean worked for many years a waitress at the Light House Inn. She is survived by three children; Dr. Glenn Gillard of FL, Lloyd and Celia Gillard of Glastonbury, Gail and Kevin Wildes of Westerly. Three grandchildren; Taylor and Ashley Wildes, and Kaitlin Gillard. Two great-grandchildren; Krisselyn and Ivy. Funeral and entombment services are private. The Impellitteri-Malia funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London, has been entrusted with her care.
